Depending on the specific operational needs of each hotel property, SGI can provide management services in the form of comprehensive, full-service hotel management or selected services on a la carte basis.
Either way, the company will only participate if it is certain that through its efforts it can add significant value to its operations and to the property.

Services and functions that SGI can provide include the following:
>OPERATION AND MANAGEMENT
Manage some or all aspects of the hotel and related operations such as food, beverage, spa and other amenities.
Establish and implement comprehensive quality control standards based upon the hotel category
Develop and implement standard operating procedures for all departments
Carry out the implantation of the property’s annual business plan including any and all of the following specific services below
>CONTROLLING AND REPORTING
Provide accounting and financial services including but not limited to budgeting; reporting; revenue, profit and loss and cash flow forecasting; financial statements and balance sheets; and banking and cash management.
Prepare and submit for owners review and approval the annual business plan, and corresponding annual operational and capital expenditure budget and cash flow
Measure and report performance against budget on a monthly basis
Provide daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual operating reports as required.
Meet with owner or owner’s representatives on a timely basis
Supervise the purchase all inventories, provisions, consumable supplies, operating supplies and other provisions and services necessary to operated and maintain the hotel
>SALES, MARKETING AND REVENUE MANAGEMENT
Create an annual sales and marketing plan design to achieve optimum rate and occupancy and sales in all other outlets such as food, beverage and spa
Establish all price and rate schedules in conformance with the plan
Implement the plan through the creation and execution of specific strategies and actions
Coordinate internal and external sales, marketing and public relations activities
Negotiate third-party sales and service agreements
Maximize the production of revenue through all distribution channels including website, Internet marketing, consortia, travel agents, tour operators and other third parties as appropriate.
Recruit, train and develop key management and staff positions within the organization
Provide oversight for all of related legal requirements
Establish an effective and efficient organizational structure
Create clear and concise job descriptions and related goals and objectives for each position in the organization.
Create and promote employee esprit de corps and provide continuing education and professional growth opportunities for employees in order to minimize turnover.
Maintain the property in good operating order, repair and condition.
Negotiate and administer leases, concessions, licenses and any other contractual agreements
Assure compliance with all license, mortgage and insurance requirements
Establish and administer all required health and safety and security procedures
>ENHANCEMENT AND PROTECTION OF ASSET VALUE
Ensure that the property operates in full compliance with all laws and regulations in order to ensure the protection of clients, employees, the hotel and the property’s ownership.
As required, develop renovation and capital expenditure plans and budgets for owner approval.
Implement approved renovations and capital expenditures within budget and on schedule while minimizing any disruption to ongoing hotel operations
>MANAGE HOTEL DEVELOPMENT AND PROVIDE PRE-OPENING SERVICES FOR NEW HOTELS
>ASSIST OWNERSHIP THE FINANCING, CAPITALIZATION AND/OR SALE OF THE ASSET
