Attend meetings with the hotel operator or management team to review current and forecast results, propose action plans, address major operation or property issues and limit trading shortfalls, We deal with issues such as sales, marketing and yield management initiatives, personnel and labor problems, capital improvements and expenditure requirements and health, safety and legal matters.
PROVIDE MONTHLY OPERATION AND FINANCIAL REVIEW
Review, assess and produce regular monthly management reports and financial information and provide a proactive follow up and action plans to be followed by management.
CREATE AND TRACK ANNUAL PLANS AND BUDGETS
Work with the hotel management team to create an annual hotel business plan and budget on behalf of and to be approved by the owner with a view to establish realistic management and financial goals for the benefit of the owners investment.

Budget, oversee and supervise annual capital expenditures for furniture, fixtures and equipment and property refurbishment requirements.
ASSURE HOTEL MANAGEMENT COMPANY CONTRACT COMPLIANCE
As applicable, conduct routine reviews to ensure the hotel management company is complying with all contractual obligations in order to protect the owner’s best interests.
ASSURE LEGAL AND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
Advise and protect owners with regard to potential liabilities such legal actions, license requirements, property insurance, labor, union, health, safety and other property or operational related issues.
